At Ganymedes, we place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your order. To ensure this, we work together with SkyNet Worldwide Express, an international courier service with years of experience in the efficient and secure transportation of parcels across the globe.

What does SkyNet’s delivery service offer?
- Fast and secure delivery: SkyNet ensures efficient processing of your shipment, with short delivery times and careful handling.
- Track & Trace: You will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow your parcel online at any time.
- Appointment options in case of absence: SkyNet delivers directly to your home or the address you specify. If you are not able to receive the parcel in person, you can arrange an alternative delivery appointment directly with SkyNet.
- No delivery to service points: Please note: SkyNet does not deliver to service points or pickup locations. Therefore, make sure someone is available at the delivery address, or contact SkyNet in time to find a suitable alternative.
- Personal customer support: Both Ganymedes and SkyNet are available to answer any questions and help with any special circumstances regarding your delivery.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €7.50 including VAT.
It is also possible to pick up your order in our store. During the checkout process, simply select the option “Pick up in store.”
We will prepare your order for collection, and you will automatically receive a notification from our website when your order is ready to be picked up.
For orders within Europe, outside the Netherlands, we use the following shipping costs excluding VAT.
Germany € 15.00 for parcel post and € 7.75 for letter post.
Belgium € 12.50for parcel post and € 7.75 for letter post.
Luxembourg € 17.50 for parcel post and € 7.75 for letter post.
France € 25.00 for parcel post and € 7.75 for letter post.
Spain € 25.00 for parcel post and € 7.75 for letter post.

Delivery service (within the Netherlands)
We offer the possibility to bring the article to you!
However, this is only the case for stargazers.
For stargazers up to an amount of € 999.99 , the costs for bringing are € 50,00 including VAT.
For stargazers from € 1,000,= the costs for bringing are only € 25,00 including VAT
The advantage of bringing it is that we set up the stargazer and explain it.
This only applies to customers in the Netherlands.
Returns (all countries)
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then returns are no problem!
You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. However, your purchase must be neatly packed in the original box! The packaging in which the order is sent must also be in good condition. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for sending your purchase, or returning your purchase, will not be reimbursed.
Upon receipt, Ganymedes will assess the condition of the packaging and the item. Based on our findings we will; either return the amount of the item in its entirety, or return part of it. If the item is neatly packaged, as it was delivered by Ganymedes, we will return the full purchase amount to you.
Other information regarding shipping / returns
Of course we try to send your order as soon as possible, but there are exceptions where a delay cannot be avoided. We ask for your understanding for this.
Orders placed during the weekend will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day after the relevant public holiday.
