All Rasa telescopes are equipped with the Celestron CGE dovetail. This is the wider version which is a stronger and more stable solution than the narrower Vixen variant.

Being an F/2.0 optical system, imagers can use shorter exposure times to capture details in blurred objects. In combination with sensitive cameras and the appropriate “live stacking” software, the 8“ RASA provides near real-time observation. Instantly view images on a computer that are brighter and more detailed than much larger telescopes can be seen with the naked eye.
